• Government fees paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

• Most services are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp.

• Physical documents (if required) are sent via courier.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Digital delivery: As per service completion

• Physical delivery: 3–7 working days depending on location

3. Courier Charges

Courier charges, if applicable, are borne by the client unless specified.

4. Delays

Tharan Exim is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies

• Government departments

• Natural or unforeseen circumstances
