2. Service Nature

  • All services are professional service-based.

  • Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party costs are not included unless clearly mentioned.

  • Timelines depend on client document submission and government processing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete documents

  • Ensure information shared is true and lawful

  • Respond promptly to queries to avoid delays

Tharan Exim is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or delayed information.

4. Payments

  • Service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable.

  • Government fees are strictly non-adjustable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tharan Exim shall not be liable for:

  • Government rejections or delays

  • Loss arising from misuse of documents

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, designs, and text belong to Tharan Exim and may not be copied without permission.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
